Dr Ian Jacobson
MB BCh (cum laude) FRACS

Dr Ian Jacobson is a senior member on the staff of the Departments of Otolaryngology at the Prince of Wales Hospital and Sydney Children’s Hospital.He has a reputation for excellence and ethical medical practice.

With Australasian Fellowships in both General Surgery and Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, Ian is highly skilled in all aspects of endoscopic and open surgery of the upper aerodigestive tract, nose and larynx, including minimally invasive techniques. He has particular interest in paediatric otolaryngology and head and neck oncology.

He has lectured and been published in both fields, and has an active ongoing commitment to undergraduate and postgraduate education in otolaryngology.

Dr Thomas Kertesz
MB BS (Hons) (Syd) FRACS

Dr Tom Kertesz is one of Sydney’s leading Otologists. After completing training in Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery, Tom undertook a Neuro-Otology Fellowship at the University of Utah. An experienced Otologist, Tom has a reputation as an innovator in the field of ear surgery, offering hearing preservation in acoustic neuroma surgery, safe and dry ears after cholesteatoma, ossicular reconstruction using the Kurz titanium prosthesis, excellent results in stapedectomy for hearing loss and cochlear implantation in collaboration with the Shepherd Centre.

Dr Gregory Lvoff
MB BS (Syd) FRACS
BDS (Hons) (Syd) FRACDS

Dr Greg Lvoff is a graduate in both Medicine and Dentistry from Sydney University.

He subsequently completed advanced surgical training in Ear Nose and Throat/Head and Neck Surgery with further training in Maxillofacial Surgery.

Uniquely, Greg is the only ENT surgeon in New South Wales to hold a public teaching hospital appointment in both ENT and Maxillofacial Surgery.

His special interests are snoring and sleep apnoea surgery, for children and adults, dentoalveolar surgery, oral pathology and orthognathic surgery.

Greg has lectured extensively on dentofacial growth and development secondary to nasal obstruction in children.

Di Clancy
RNBNSc

Di is a Registered Nurse, with several years of clinical and academic experience in ear, nose and throat surgery.

Prior to joining our practice, she worked as a Clinical Nurse Consultant in the Head and Neck / Otolaryngology Department of the Prince of Wales Hospital.

Di’s compassion and commonsense, as well as wealth of experience, have been and continue to be a significant resource to the patients of our clinic.
